Luxury Corporate HQ Stairwell, Midtown Manhattan

For this multi-level stair installation at a major international luxury brand's United States headquarters located on Madison Ave. I developed and implemented custom milling workflows to produce precision walnut cladding with seamless grain continuity and refined curvature. Each panel was carefully programmed and machined using multi-sided and 5-axis strategies to achieve a high level of geometric accuracy and material efficiency.In addition to programming, I designed and fabricated specialized jigs, fixtures, and molds that enabled consistent alignment and repeatability across four distinct stair flights. The project demanded close coordination between digital modeling and physical fabrication to ensure that every component integrated cleanly with the architectural geometry.The result is a sculptural stair environment that highlights the warmth of natural walnut while expressing the precision and craft of advanced CNC fabrication.
