Marble Head, MA Residence Custom - Spiral Staircase Handrail 

Fabricated a continuous white oak handrail for a multi-story helical staircase. The project began with scanning existing site conditions into a detailed point cloud model, which served as the foundation for precise alignment between the new railing and the built structure.

I developed the digital workflow, including 5-axis toolpath programming, orientation strategies, and custom fixturing to ensure accurate registration between segments. The result is a seamless, flowing form that mirrors the curvature of the stair while highlighting the warmth and precision of solid oak craftsmanship.
